In Phase 1, the ground floor gardens are coming to life thanks to exterior landscaping work, including leveling, fences, and pathways. Additionally, the 5th and 6th floors are distinguished by ventilated facades, spacious terraces, and large glazed surfaces, offering a modern and bright ambiance. On the roofs of buildings A and B, heat pumps and photovoltaic panels are almost completely installed, thus ensuring 50% of the buildings’ energy needs from renewable sources. Phase 1 is nearing completion, and we eagerly await to welcome you to your new home.
Construction work for Phase 2, buildings C, T2, and T1 is in full swing. Building C, with two basements, is currently busy executing vertical elements on the ground floor. Buildings T1 and T2, each with one basement, are in various stages of execution. The basements will include spacious parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and storage boxes of various sizes. Buildings T1 and T2 have 4 entrances, serving approximately 30 apartments, offering a private and intimate living experience.

We are delighted to present the latest updates on our project. We have successfully completed the installation of the underfloor heating system up to the 4th floor in building B, ensuring thermal comfort for future residents. In building A, the ceramic tile work is well underway on the 3rd floor and will soon begin in building B.
The interior compartmentation and terrace arrangements on the 5th floor are in progress, with the specially designed planters area bringing a touch of nature to every home. Work on the ventilated facade is already underway on the 6th floor in building A, and brick work is completed in building B, guaranteeing the solid structure and high energy efficiency of our buildings.
We have also started construction work on Phase 2, Buildings C, T2 and T1. The work on the basement of building C is in full swing, the next weeks will also start on buildings T2 and T1. Phase 2 is due to be completed by the end of 2025.

Our project obtained the Building Permit for the 6th floor of buildings A and B at the beginning of March 2024. We initiated the structural works for the additional floor and completed them in the meantime. Additionally, the facade has been completed up to the 4th floor, and works on the metal balustrades and specially designed storage areas at the intermediate terraces are in progress.
Regarding interior finishes, tiling has been completed in the bathrooms on the ground floor of building A and is already in progress on the 1st floor. Underfloor heating systems and screed have been executed up to the 4th floor in building A and up to the 3rd floor in building B.

The facade works in Building A have been completed up to the 4th floor and are progressing well in Building B. The PVC joinery has been fully mounted in both buildings A and B, meaning that inside works can move forward, regardless of the weather.
In this video, we highlight two important aspects regarding the mounting of the PVC joinery. Firstly, the installation of the PVC joinery occurs at the outer limit of the brick walls, allowing for optimal thermal insulation and limitation of thermal bridges. Secondly, we’re using sealing tapes all around the joinery , offering extra thermal and sound insulation as well as better protection against the appearance of mold.
Also, the underfloor heating system has been mounted up to the 3rd floor in building A, in tight coordination with plastering works, gypsum board partitioning and mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related works.
The concrete structure works have been completed by around 45%. Building A slab over the first floor and Building B vertical elements for the first floor were being executed at the end of June 2023. Hydroinsulation and backfilling work around the basement walls in buildings A & B was completed as well as excavation works for the foundation of the retaining wall towards the north of the property have been started.
In this video we highlight that the balconies are connected with thermal break structural elements, which minimize heat loss transfer, help to reduce external noise in the apartments and ensure the prevention of mould forming over the long term.
The excavation works have been completed and the two tower cranes installed. The foundation slab of the second basement has been completed and vertical elements, as well as the car ramp between basements 1 & 2, are currently under execution – the second basement accommodates technical spaces and a car access ramp to basement 2 of building C that is part of phase II development.
The foundation slab of the common first basement for buildings A & B was 80% completed (4 of 5 casting plots completed). In parallel, the reinforcement works of the vertical elements will follow – the first vertical elements have already been cast. The common basement for phase I development (buildings A & B) accommodates underground parking places, storage spaces, technical rooms, vertical circulation (lift and staircases) as well as waste management spaces with direct access from both the interior and exterior of the buildings.
The drilling of reinforced concrete piles has been finished for excavation safety along our neighbour’s land borders. The reinforced concrete foundation piles under the buildings have been completed as well, together with all the quality tests including load capacity tests. Excavation works have been completed for Building A and will shortly be finalised for Building B as well. A layer of lean concrete was recently cast under the building’s foundation and the neighbour’s border retaining wall towards the southwest has been executed during this time. The main water connection as well as preparation for the later utility network connections has been executed within the site boundaries.
The construction works at Quartier Azuga phase I started on the 14th of November 2022. Site organization, demolition of existing structures on the property as well as land clearing was completed by the end of 2022. The drilling of over 96 reinforced concrete piles started at the end of December 2022. These piles are used as safety excavation piles to secure the safety of the excavation pit and our neighbours’ constructions. Additional 61 reinforced concrete piles are being executed as deep foundation piles under the buildings – these deep foundation piles are essential for the stability of the buildings. Excavation works started at the beginning of January 2023, while the cleaning of the lake shore in front of the property was underway by the end of January 2023.
